This comfortable cottage has King and Queen separate bedrooms and for the kids, on the main floor, a 'Bunk Room' with 2 twin bunks. Upstairs there is a loft area (limited head room) that has 2 twins and 1 Queen bed. The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 adults and a fenced yard for the furry family members! Welcome to The Perch, your cozy vacation rental nestled in a tranquil setting surrounded by beautiful wood accents and charming lodge-inspired decor. With a unique blend of rustic atmospheres, this older, original, comfortable cottage offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our vacation rental offers a spacious main floor with a well-appointed kitchen, small dining room, and large living room with patio doors that lead to a fenced-in backyard. The 'Bunk Room' features 2 sets of weight-restricted bunk beds and is perfect for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom with a shower is also included on this floor, ensuring that you have everything you need to make the most of your stay. Featuring separate King and Queen bedrooms on the second floor, a full bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a comfortable loft area with two twins and one Queen bed (limited headroom), perfect spot for teens and young adults. Just take care climbing up and down the ladder and watch your head! The private backyard is fully fenced to keep the little ones, with or without fur contained. There is also a fire pit to gather around and a a recent addition of a Soft Tub Spa for your enjoyment. So whether you're looking for a romantic couples' retreat or a family-friendly vacation spot, The Perch may be exactly what you are looking for! At The Perch, we offer a central location with a short walk to the lake and a private fenced backyard, featuring a covered patio with a four person inflatable bubble jet spa and Adirondack style chairs for relaxation, or enjoy the warmth of the firepit or cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ. SMOKING/VAPING is NOT permitted in or on the property. Cultus Lake Park is a Smoke-Free Community. Please be considerate as most homes are occupied by year round residents. There is room for 2 vehicles (depending on size) on the street side of the cabin. **No trailers, RV's or campers allowed in front of the cabin. (2 virtual parking permits are included with your reservation for the duration of your stay) The home is accessed via 'Self-Check-in' however the host is available for your questions or needs and can be reached via the App or by text message to the number provided after booking. Please allow up to 2 hours for a response. If urgent assistance is required it is best to message via text or call. Within walking distance to property are all the amenities that Cultus Lake has to offer. From water toy equipment rentals, restaurants and convenience stores to the Cultus Lake Amusement/Water Parks and the local Golf Course. There are parks nearby for the children and public docks for visitor use. Paddle Board and Kayak Rentals at the Main Beach area. All within a hop skip and a jump from the front door of ‘The Perch’! 2 Virtual Parking Passes are included with your rental. There is Parking out front of the home for 2 vehicles depending on size. (Vehicles MUST be able to fit within the allotted spaces out front) No RV's or Trailers are permitted. Parking within Cultus Lake Park is limited and strictly managed. No parking is allowed in front of any homes other then the property being rented. There are 'PERMIT PARKING ONLY' areas in the Park, primarily along Sunnyside Blvd, within the trees, where REGISTERED vehicles may park. There are a few Residential Permit parking spaces that may be utilized as well if free. Any vehicle towing a trailer must be parked in the treed Permit Parking area and trailers MUST remain ATTACHED to the vehicle at all times to avoid a fine. All guest vehicles must be registered with your host upon or prior to check in to avoid any possible fines. Any fines received are the responsibility of the guest. Day, Pay Parking is in effect in the pay lots and shopping plaza. Please Note: Hours of operation for the Local Businesses vary depending on the time of year and season. Please be sure to check Local Attraction & business websites you are interested in visiting directly for their schedules to avoid disappointment. FYI: There is no 'Guest' boat moorage available at Cultus Lake. Buoys on the water are privately owned. All docks are public use and passenger "Drop Off" areas only. If you are travelling with your boat, there are areas it can be parked in as long as it remains attached to a vehicle that has been registered for a parking permit with the Cultus Lake Park.
